This has reference to your application for the multipurpose panel for the year 2016-17. It has been observed that declaration for the same has not yet been received at our end.
In this regard, you are requested to send a hard copy of the declaration (You may download the declaration athttp://www.meficai.org/decl_login_verify.jsp) duly signed by all continuing partners (from out of the partners as on 01.01.2016) as on the date of the application in case of a partnership firm/proprietor/member practicing in individual name, by courier/speed post/hand delivery in an envelope superscribed “DECLARATION FOR MEF 2016-17” at the following address by 9th December, 2016:
