Profile: Statutory Audit

Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

1. To plan, execute and report on statutory audits under Indian Companies Act, 2013.

2. Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting in accordance with CARO 2015 requirements.

3. Perform the audit/reviews in accordance with firm methodology to comply with the auditing standards. Ensure proper documentation of audit work performed.

4. Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with accounting standards.

5. Good knowledge of Indian accounting standards & Indian GAAP. Working/ theoretical knowledge of IFRS an advantage.
